Dr. Y. Banumathi Rajkumar is a Consultant Psychiatrist at Annai Hospital, Chennai. She completed her MD in Psychiatry at Tirunelveli Medical College Hospital, a government tertiary-care teaching hospital, where she gained clinical experience in the assessment and management of a wide range of psychiatric conditions.
She completed her MBBS with distinction and was awarded the Gold Medal in Physiology.
Her clinical practice includes depression, anxiety disorders, OCD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia and other psychotic disorders, sleep disorders, stress-related disorders, de-addiction and substance-use disorders, psychotherapy and counselling.
